One day closer to 25 weeks!! It is so much easier to look at days instead of weeks!!! I've decided to change things up a little bit with my blog. I normally just do it in the evening, but instead I'm going to do it through the day and just post it at night!!
Its now clear that our boys know their dads voice!! He was talking to them telling them to behave and they kicked me hard!! He then said they were football players and once again, I got kicked!!!
9:00am - Its time for monitoring again!! The boys both did great!! Baby A is sitting so low that the more he moves the more painful it is!! Baby B is pretty high, so I don't feel him as much, but he's still moving around! They kept the contraction monitor on as well, which thankfully again was quiet!! Dr. S came in while I was hooked up and was pleased with how everything looked!! Her mission today is to find a fridge for my room!! She says if I'm going to be here this long I need a fridge!! I agree, but I don't have the pull that she does!!!
10:00am - I am doing my test today to check for gestational diabetes. Our oab tech from the office was sweet enough to come over and do it here so I didn't have to have someone else poke me (she's the best, and I'm spoiled). I had to drink the lovely flat orange pop with extra sugar tasting stuff, which made the boys go crazy!! Please pray that the results come back normal!!
1:00pm and 5:00pm - Contraction monitoring time!! Everything looks great!!!
9:00pm - Time to monitor the boys again. They gave my nurse a run for her money this time!! They did not want the monitors pushing on them, and they made it well known!!! Their heart beats were 140's and 150's when we could track them down!! At least we know they are healthy active boys!!! My contraction monitor looked great again!!
A huge thank you to my cousins, Natalie and Nicole, for their sweet homemade cards that I got in the mail today!!! It was such a nice surprise!!
Thanks to my visitors - Veronica, Kayla, Leslie, Shannon, Trystin, Shelly, Joy, Heather, Corey and Holly!
Please pray for the other patients that are here and for the trials they face!! Also, for a family member that is facing some medical problems!! We know the power of prayer is an amazing thing!!
Matthew 7:7-8 - Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.
